We inspect our products every time for any manufacturing error or defect before we ship them out. That been said, everybody makes mistake. Once you received your order, please inspect it A.S.A.P for any defects. If there is any, please contact us, we will immediately issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return or refund request for any personalized items which have no manufacturing error or defect.

Please review your personalization information such as spelling, pictures, dates and names very carefully before you hit that submit button. Once the order is received, it will immediately send into manufacturing  so understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are submitted.
